Policies

We are a good and reputable company. We work hard to make our customers happy.
Please note some of our Policies:

All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges.

Your Credit Card transaction slip will read this as the merchant: CreativiTees, Inc., Redone Inc., or GuamWEBZ.

We return all photos you provide.

All sketches are completed with 95% Accuracy. At times, accuracy is affected due to the poor quality photos provided.  All sketches we do are artistic representations of the photos you provide, and there should be a normal standard of acceptance and industry standards of tolerance apply.

Completion time is 4 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays due to Mailing or delays caused by unforeseen natural disasters, etc.

We do not guarantee the longevity of your sketch, but if treated properly, they should last for many years to come.

We do not provide frames or hard backing boards.

Sketches are black and white, not in color.

All online orders will be only completed once we contact you and then if you reply to our ordering instructions.
